To prepare an Energy Rating Assessment it is necessary to obtain some detailed information about the project.
If you need an Energy Efficiency Rating (Thermal Performance) Assessment, just follow a few steps listed below and your assessment can be completed in 24 to 48 hrs turnaround.

STEP 1
Call or just email us your request and we will send you a fee proposal plus an information checklist and information requirement list.
STEP 2
If you wish to proceed, fill in the checklist with your preferred specifications and requirements.
Supply the following in PDF format:
- Site plan detailing the north point
- Dimensional floor drawings/plans with window/door sizes or a window/door schedule attached.
- Elevations
- Sectional drawings
- Electrical plans
STEP 3
If documents are in order then we can commence assessing your project. If minimum compliance is not achieved, we will advise solutions and recommendations before proceeding.
STEP 4
On completion of your Energy Efficiency Assessment we will e-mail you the assessment and Rating with our invoice. (Certain projects may require payment prior to issuing the assessment)
