Using the latest BERS PRO software program, we have completed thousands of energy Efficiency rating simulations to analyse the thermal performance of Australian buildings in climates zones ranging from tropical to cool temperate.
With this experience, we can optimize building efficiency by having a good understanding of the interpretations of simulation results of different design scenarios.
With certain building projects, compliance achieved using the Deemed-To-Satisfy (DTS) method can often be more reasonable and cost effective. Our DTS assessment includes the BCA glazing calculator with our checklist demonstrating compliance with the performance requirement of the BCA.
